Extra crispy rotisserie chicken perfection


  • 1.5kg Chicken
  • 1x Whole Garlic
  • Butter
  • Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Stuffing Mix (Optional)

Place a fresh 1.5kg chicken on a chicken skewer and set for 1 hour at 210˚c.

Chop a whole garlic in have and place in with the chicken.

Take a small bowl and melt the butter, paprika, salt and pepper.

Open the air fryer and brush the chicken occasionally with the mutter mixture.

Once cooked, rest on holder for 10-15 minutes before carving.

Use all the juices in the pan to make your gravy, simply mix in some instant gravy granules, add a drop of hot water, stir and enjoy.

Top Tip: Stuff your chicken with a stuffing mix before roasting, it will absorb the delicious juices as it cooks.
